Slightly concerned that it was suddenly sprung on the Cabinet (or was it?) although the public weren't exactly informed as this is the first I've heard of it.

Having said that this guarantees us access to the beach - everyone. And does not affect the Planning Proposal from Qinetiq. So its a massive improvement...No anti-naturist clauses either. The flats idea can still be thrown out given the initial plan was submitted back in December 2005.

Overall, I think we can be pleased with this.
